CHEBI:140970 - lysophosphatidylcholine 20:3-ω−9

ChEBI IDCHEBI:140970
ChEBI Namelysophosphatidylcholine 20:3-ω−9
Stars
ASCII Namelysophosphatidylcholine 20:3-omega-9
DefinitionAn acyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine in which the acyl group contains 20 carbons with 3 double bonds, with a final carbon-carbon double bond in the ω−9 position, i.e. the ninth bond from the methyl end of the fatty acid. If R1 is an acyl group and R2 is a hydrogen then the molecule is a 1-acyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine. If R1 is a hydrogen and R2 is an acyl group then the molecule is a 2-acyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine.
