ENA read data download issues

We are experiencing technical problems that cause data access issues for a number of data sets. This affects services from ftp.sra.ebi.ac.uk and fasp.sra.ebi.ac.uk.

We are investigating the problem and will update on progress on Wednesday 11.10.17.

Please report any failed data downloads that may be related to this from these services to our helpdesk at datasubs@ebi.ac.uk.

Please note that assembled/annotated sequence data access services through ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/ena are not affected.
