Publications
The ‘Publications’ tab allows you to explore the scientific literature associated with a protein (Figure 40).
What publications are listed?
- You can view all references which have been curated by the UniProt curation team with details of what information the article provided.
- The tab also provides access to a set of computationally mapped references which have not been curated by UniProt but have been imported from other resources with details of the source database.
- Papers submitted by the scientific community are also listed when available and you can learn more about these on the next page.
Choose what to see
Filters on the left-hand side of the page let you choose to view publications based on their source. For example, you can choose to view only references that have been curated by the UniProt curation team. You can also filter the publications based on the category of data they provide as well as whether they report large-scale or small-scale studies.
