Using RNAcentral sequence search
RNAcentral hosts a sequence similarity search powered by nhmmer9 that enables you to compare any sequence against a collection of ncRNA sequences available in RNAcentral. The RNAcentral sequence search can be used to find similar sequences, check if the exact sequence has been observed before, or confirm that a sequence does not match any known ncRNAs.
