Submitting data to RNAcentral
RNAcentral takes advantage of the data sharing infrastructure maintained by INSDC, which is a collaboration between EMBL-EBI (ENA), DDBJ, and NCBI (GenBank). This means that ncRNA sequences submitted to any of these resources will automatically flow into RNAcentral.
A good starting place for submitting your data to RNAcentral is the European Nucleotide Archive (ENA). Several member databases submit data directly to RNAcentral using a special schema. Consider contacting the RNAcentral team to discuss data submission.
Your data may already be in RNAcentral! Try searching RNAcentral for your name or your paper title.
