What can I do with Reactome?

Interactive pathway browser

Reactome allows users to dynamically investigate pathway information by interacting with the enriched figures and hierarchical trees via clicks, zooms and pop ups. The interface is designed to work like Google maps allowing users to zoom in for more information and vice versa (Figure 2).

Analysis tools

In addition to being a reliable database of cellular pathways, Reactome provides several tools to analyse user data against curated information. These tools can be found by clicking on the ‘Analyze Data’ icon in the homepage of the website (Figure 3). Example files are provided for users to test the tool or understand the data format to submit.

The Reactome analysis tools are shown over the next few pages.
