What can I do with the Pathogens Portal?

The Pathogens Portal enables users to:

• Search infectious disease datasets. The portal provides a single point of access to infectious disease-related biological data, often held across various broad data resources.
• Download infectious disease datasets. By creating advanced search queries, users can view datasets of their choice. They can then download data for further contextualisation and analysis, gaining insights.
• Submit infectious disease datasets. Users can share their datasets, becoming part of a global effort in data sharing.
• Visualise infectious disease datasets. For certain pathogenic organisms (depending on available information), there may be added visualisations to add context and support users.

In this course, we will go through the search, download, and submission aspects in more detail, as they are available for all the data present in the Pathogens Portal.
