Submit data to the Pathogens Portal

The Pathogens Portal gathers data from a number of data resources, and continues to expand as additional data types are introduced. To ensure your data is shared through the Pathogens Portal, it needs to be submitted to the relevant database (which depends on the type of data).

EMBL-EBI provides a submission wizard, designed to walk you through the process of submitting different data types.

For public health agencies and other scientific groups responsible for submitting pathogen sequencing data, Pathogen Data Hubs can be assigned either before or after data submission. Data Hubs are another component of the wider Pathogens Platform, and allow users to share their pre-release data securely with an appointed list of collaborators.
