Download data from the Cohort Browser
Similar to other sections of the Pathogens Portal, there is an interactive download button to download cohort metadata (Fig. 6). To download any data files associated with a cohort study, click on the buttons under the “Type of data” column to be taken to the respective database, where you will be able to download the data.
