BigQuery
The entire AlphaFold Database is hosted on the Google Cloud Public Datasets platform, accessible via BigQuery. This allows for complex and customised SQL queries of the data. You will need a Google Cloud account and basic knowledge of SQL.
BigQuery’s free tier offers a limited number of queries per month, and it is the user’s responsibility to track their resource usage.
