Submitting a Dataset
The AFDB now accepts eligible third-party datasets that use AlphaFold 2 or AlphaFold Multimer and represent a coherent scientific theme. To apply, email afdbhelp@ebi.ac.uk describing the nature and quality of your dataset and providing a scientific justification for its inclusion. If the dataset is deemed suitable, the team will follow up to request additional information. It is not currently possible to deposit individual structure predictions.
If you wish to make individual predictions publicly available, the ELIXIR 3D-BioInfo Research Data Management kit provides guidelines on making models and relevant metadata available in accordance with FAIR principles.
