Understanding the structure prediction page
Every predicted protein structure has a dedicated page. This contains a visualisation of the structure, plus instant access to the predicted Local Distance Difference Test (pLDDT) scores and Predicted Aligned Error (PAE) plot.
The page is organised with a main Summary and Model Confidence tab, and three dedicated tabs: Domains, Annotations, and Similar Proteins.
