MetaboLights: a database for metabolomics experiments
MetaboLights functions as an open access repository for metabolomics studies, including both their raw experimental data and associated metadata. The main aim of this repository is to foster the enhancement and optimisation of metabolomic profiling techniques via hosting and providing open access to data derived from a wide range of experimental methods and conditions.
This tutorial provides an overview of the MetaboLights resource and guides you through how to effectively use it for your own metabolomics investigation.
