Image data
The IMPC produces a wealth of image data. These include:
- Images of lacZ staining that allow researchers to learn in which tissue(s) the gene is being expressed
- Histopathology data and X-ray images to detect morphological abnormalities
- 2D and 3D embryonic imaging to understand developmental impacts
In the next sections, we will see where to find image data in the IMPC website.
You can use images in articles, grant proposals, presentations. IMPC data is freely available.
