Graphical analysis chart
The Graphical analysis chart (Figure 14) is a graphical representation of the most significant p-value associated with each parameter (note these are actual parameters measured by the IMPC tests, and not MP terms; different parameters can be associated to the same MP term).
When more than one p-value exists for a parameter only the most significant p-value will be presented here. There are instances in which there is more than one p-value:
- A significant p-value has been found for males and females separately
- Different mouse strains have been phenotyped (i.e. more than one mouse line has been produced and phenotyped for a given gene)
