Chart pages
Chart pages display the data in graphical form and show all experimental data that was used for a particular analysis.
In the chart page, you can find:
- A table containing a summary of the parameters tested, displaying the lowest P-value for female, male and data that doesn’t take sex into consideration. The table can contain several rows and selecting a row will show the data for that parameter in the rest of the page
- A description of the experiment conducted
- Information on the protocol conducted, with links to IMPReSS to see further details
- Information about the statistical analysis performed and its results

Comparison table
On the top of each chart page a comparison table is displayed with all the tested parameters. This table contains the main information (sex, zygosity, phenotyping centre) including the P-value. The results are sorted by P-value so the most significant will appear on top. After initially loading the page, the data for the most significant parameter will appear underneath with the appropriate chart and will be highlighted with an orange background (Figure 17). If you hover over any other row besides the one selected, it will be highlighted with a cyan colour (Figure 17.1); clicking it will show the description, visualisation, and statistical data of that parameter on the rest of the page (Figure 17.2)
