Finding publicly available data
As there are so many different data resources available, it can be challenging to know where to look.
In this video with Anna Swan and Ugis Sarkans, EMBL-EBI, discover the kind of open access data that’s available from EMBL-EBI and how you can find what you’re looking for using EBI Search.
The concept of programmatic access will also be introduced in this recording, with information about how and why APIs can be used to access open data and guidance on where to find more detail about access to different EMBL-EBI resources.
