If you would like to submit to an EMBL-EBI data resource the helpdesk support staff and biocurators are there to help you. They are especially keen to hear from anyone at the early stage of planning your data creation and submission. To do so use the Contact us form or email address that is linked on every resource website.
If you are not sure which data resource is relevant to your data, the Data resources page of the EMBL-EBI website lists all available data resources and provides a short overview of the type of data held by each resource.
There are many online tutorials and recorded webinars to help you learn more about a specific EMBL-EBI resource. To find the right one for you, go to the EMBL-EBI Training homepage and search for the resource.
