  • DDA identification workflow
  • Quantitative analysis TMT and LFQ
  • Quality control using pmultiqc
  • Downstream analysis with Msstats

By the end of this session you will be able to:

  • Find tools for your quantitative proteomics analyses
  • Use OpenMS for distributed analyses of data
  • Use NextFlow, mainly proteomics LFQ, for cloud-based data analysis
