Overview: This lecture will review typical multivariate (PCA, PLS/PLS-DA) and univariate metabolomic data analysis workflows and their application to mass spectrometry datasets.

  • Explore statistical analysis workflows in metabolomics
  • Perform different analysis (PCA, PLS, PLS-DA, Univariate analysis)
