MetaboLights data and workflows: lecture and tutorial

Overview: This lecture will provide an introduction to the MetaboLights resource, study repository and compound library, with details about data availability, standards and re-use, as well as guidance regarding the deposition of metabolomics data. The practical session will guide participants through the re-use of public metabolomics data from MetaboLights in Galaxy. Standardized LC-MS workflows, based on open-source tools, will be created and executed.
