Experimental design and quality control in metabolomics
Trainer: Lorraine Brennan
Overview: This lecture will cover key aspects of experimental design, sample collection and quality control in metabolomics. Aspects of experimental design will be discussed to ensure robust data analysis can be performed further downstream. Keys aspects of sample collection and common pitfalls will be addressed. Finally, consideration will be given to the issue of quality control its role in the metabolomics workflow.
