Introduction to BASH, loops, and variables

Overview: This session is mainly aimed at those with little to no prior experience with Unix and BASH, as well as those who would like to refresh their knowledge.
This session will cover fundamental UNIX commands and BASH programming concepts (variables, loops, and scripting) to build a foundation for using genome bioinformatics tools in later sessions.
