Overview:
In this lecture an overview of the PDBe knowledgebase is provided, detailing the rich information sources pulled from other resources into a single point of reference for a given UniProt entry.
Learning outcomes:
By the end of this session you will be able to:
- Navigate and utilise tools on PDBe-KB webpages to get an overview of available structural and functional information on your proteins of interest
- Visualise superposed protein chains clustered by structural similarity for any protein in PDB
- Download the relevant data for your protein of interest
