Practical: Tumor evolution in mice using single-cell genomics 2023

Overview: Single-cell data can provide cell-stage and cell-type resolution information through the formation of tumors. We will use single-cell mouse skin data from healthy, pre-papilloma, papilloma, and squamous cell carcinoma samples to identify cell types and observe their shifts through the formation of a tumor.
