NextGenHelper

We are organising this high quality workshop for the participants interested in the genomics, bioinformatics, and genome annotations. In this workshop, one of the trainers from European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI), United Kingdom, will provide the hands-on training sessions of 'Ensembl Genome browser, and Ensembl REST Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)'. This workshop will cover the topics from basics to advanced techniques of genome annotations. This workshop will be equally useful for the researchers working with any domain of life (e.g. microbes, animals, fungus, and plants). At the successful completion of this workshop, participants will be become expert of all the modules of Ensembl Genome browser, and Ensembl REST Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for their research.

Who is this course for?
