A new OxO is on its way
The previous version of OxO has been retired. Instability and security issues in an ageing codebase could not be resolved within it, so rather than patch the old service we have rebuilt it from the ground up as OxO2 — a faster, fully SSSOM-compliant mapping service. It will be available at this address shortly.
In the meantime, you can already try the OxO2 preview and help shape the final release. The preview is still in development, so you may notice rough edges — your feedback directly improves the production service.
OxO finds mappings between entities in different ontologies and vocabularies, built on the SSSOM standard. It is developed by the SPOT team at EMBL-EBI.
A preview of OxO2 is available now at wwwdev.ebi.ac.uk/oxo2. Search for mappings by CURIE, IRI, or label and export results as SSSOM-TSV.
