                           const int rowId);

PURPOSE

ndb_cif_move_row_by_name makes the current row refer to the row specified by rowId in the category specified by categoryName, in the datablock specified by datablockName.

RECEIVES

datablockName	identifies the datablock
categoryName	identifies the category
rowId	identifies the row to become the current row

RETURN VALUE

Returns the number of the current row or 0 for failure.
