Peter Keller brought a couple of problems with the example cifs in
pdb2cif to my attention.  In some cases, the ";" to start a text
field was not in column 1 and when a sheet was specified without
the hydrogen bonds for registration, four of the "." place-holders
for the missing information were blanks instead, causing an item
miscount for a loop.  We believe this has been fixed in version
2.1.1 of pdb2cif, which is in the next_test_version subdirectory
of pdb2cif.  We have moved over to a "proper" html web page for
this version.  If you need access to individual files, they can
