This entry includes sucrose operon repressor from Klebsiella pneumoniae and catabolite repressor/activator Cra from E. coli. Cra, also known as FruR, is a global transcription factor with both repression and activation activities, controls a large number of the genes for glycolysis and gluconeogenesis [[cite:PUB00092528], [cite:PUB00099577], [cite:PUB00099576]].</p>",
