Introduction

The Epigenome Reference Registry (EpiRR) serves as a registry for datasets grouped in reference epigenomes and their respective metadata, including direct links to experimental data in public sequence archives.

Accessing EpiRR data

EpiRR has an HTTP API that you can access at https://www.ebi.ac.uk/epirr/docs .

EpiRR submissions

EpiRR contains reference epigenomes submitted by IHEC members. These meet the IHEC specifications described here.

EpiRR is not currently able to take new submissions except from IHEC members. Please contact epirr@ebi.ac.uk if you would like to discuss future opportunities.
