What can be submitted to BioAIRepo?

We welcome submissions of life sciences AI models and the associated datasets.

While dedicated BioAIrepo submission support is still in development, please follow these steps:

1. Use the "Default" BioStudies submission template
2. Set the dataset release date in the future so that your submission does not become public immediately
3. After submitting, email biostudies@ebi.ac.uk and request including your submission into BioAIrepo
4. For general guidance, visit the BioStudies submissions page
