E-MTAB-1951 - Transcription profiling by array of surgically resected liver metastasis from hepatic metastatic colorectal cancer patients
Released on 14 January 2014, last updated on 3 June 2014
The goal of this experiment was to build gene expression signature associated with long-term outcomes of patients with hepatic metastatic colorectal cancer. The samples were corrected from surgically resected liver metastasis and extracted RNA was subjected to Illumina expression gene chip analysis.
transcription profiling by array, co-expression, ex vivo, translational
