Description
Chromatin from mouse hepatocytes was immunoprecipitated with anibodies anti-Hnf1 (SC, recognizes both Hnf1alpha and Hnf1beta). Amplified and labelled ChIP DNA and input DNA were hybridyzed to Mouse PromoterChip 5A.0 arrays.
