Galaxy
Galaxy is an open-source platform for data analysis that allows users to create and use workflows of tools, including running code, through its graphical web interface.5
Using Galaxy, it is also possible to share and publish your own workflows and results.5
There are a huge number of analysis tools you can use through Galaxy, without creating any complex commands. Galaxy also keeps track of the details of analyses, which helps support reproducibility and adherence to the FAIR principles.5
Galaxy has a community of users that have formed many groups focusing on a range of scientific areas, as well as groups created to mentor and support others.5
