{"id":304,"date":"2020-10-27T14:42:43","date_gmt":"2020-10-27T14:42:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ebi.ac.uk\/training\/online\/courses\/reactome-exploring-biological-pathways\/?page_id=304"},"modified":"2020-10-28T11:29:41","modified_gmt":"2020-10-28T11:29:41","slug":"structures","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.ebi.ac.uk\/training\/online\/courses\/reactome-exploring-biological-pathways\/understanding-the-pathway-browser\/details-panel\/structures\/","title":{"rendered":"Structures"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The content of the <em>Structures<\/em> tab depends upon the type of entity (protein\/chemical) selected in the diagram panel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reactions\/Complex\/Sets\/Proteins<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When a reaction, complex, set or a protein is selected, the <em>Structures<\/em> tab displays structures of participating proteins from <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ebi.ac.uk\/pdbe\/\" target=\"_blank\">PDBe<\/a> if available (Figure 34). The icons within the panel are green if there is corresponding information available at PDBe, and grey if not.
