Export pathways
Users can download sections or whole pathway diagrams from Reactome in several popular formats using the export option on the top right corner (icon 16 in Figure 17). Clicking this button will take a snapshot of the current diagram panel allowing to capture a small detailed section of the pathway (Figure 29). Users can also export the whole pathway diagram as PNG, JPG, SVG, PPTX, PDF or SBGN.
