Navigating Reactome
The Reactome website provides an easy way to access, browse, analyse and download pathway data. The homepage uses a responsive design that will adjust to the size of your screen.
On the homepage you will find links, tools, search functions and further documentation that will help you use Reactome (Figure 11).

The menu bar and buttons
The Reactome logo is in the top left corner of the homepage. Clicking this at any point will take you back to the homepage (Figure 11). The menu bar runs across the top of the homepage. Immediately below is the Search entry box, below that are several shortcut buttons that link to the most used sections of the website.
The menu bar links to all sections of the website, while the button panel links to the most frequently-used pages and tools.
