Searching PRIDE

You can use the main PRIDE Archive website to search across datasets (Figure 5), and a list of dataset summaries will be returned.

To use the basic term-based search, simply enter a term or set of terms into the search box. Each term will be treated as a separate search term. PRIDE’s search works as a pattern search and will return all the datasets containing the keyword. 

If you would like to enter two words to be treated as a single term, surround the words with double quotes. 

For example, “stress” keyword search returns all the datasets containing the word “stress”. The next page of this tutorial shows the results of this search.
