Case study 2: Entry page for ligand AIN
The page for AIN within an entry gives details about the ligand as well as its environment within the entry (Figure 29).
- At the top of the page are details of the ligand itself- formula, molecular weight
- On the right hand side, we can find links to other useful resources like ChEBI, ChEMBL and DrugBank related to the ligand AIN
- Chemical descriptors (InChI and SMILES) can be found on PDBeChem page
- 2D and 3D representation of AIN ligand is also present
