Exercise 2: How do I identify the best representative structure from each of the protein families?
The slider on the right hand side of each entry (highlighted in blue, Figure 43) will tell you about the overall quality of the structure. The results are already sorted with the best representative structures appearing at the top (highlighted in red).
Clicking on the ‘Also occurring in entries’ tab you can learn more about other glucokinase entries from this protein family (highlighted in green).
