Collection
Molecular building blocks of life
A curated collection of EMBL-EBI on-demand training
This collection offers a compilation of insightful webinars delivered by EMBL-EBI experts, accompanied by online tutorials, to facilitate a comprehensive exploration of molecular building blocks of life such as metabolites, small molecules, nucleotides, proteins, and single-cells.
Who is this course for?
This collection is suitable for anyone keen on exploring into open-access data and bioinformatic tools to investigate metabolites, small molecules, nucleotides, proteins, and single-cell profiles. No prior skills are required, but undergraduate level knowledge of life sciences would be useful.
What will I achieve?
By the end of the course you will be able to:
- Identify EMBL-EBI databases and resources useful for studying molecular building blocks of life
- Explore basic concepts and methods in metabolomics and proteomics
- Discover additional on-demand learning materials related to bioinformatics at EMBL-EBI training
