Study overview
The study overview page includes a description of the study/project, links to the same study in ENA, any related publications, and an interactive Google map showing (where possible) the sampling locations (Figure 3). The samples associated with the study are listed, with links to the Sample and Run Overview and Analysis result pages.
In addition, by clicking on the ‘Analysis summary’ tab you can access abundance tables that summarise the counts for taxonomic and functional analysis results (where applicable), across all analyses for a particular study. This enables easy download of study summary data, and can help to identify patterns in datasets. We will describe in more detail the various analyses carried out in the ‘Analysis pages’ section later.
