Sample overview
Selecting a sample accession link takes you to the sample overview page (Figure 4). This page includes all the detailed information (metadata) about the sample. There are tables at the bottom of the page listing (and linking to) the various studies, runs or assemblies associated with the sample. The tables include the type of analysis performed (metagenomic, metatranscriptomic, etc) as well as the pipeline version used.
