Requesting assembly and/or analysis by MGnify

The ‘Request analysis’ option, available via the MGnify homepage, allows users to request analysis of a public dataset or their own data. In both cases, the choice is given to perform direct analysis of submitted reads, or to request the assembly of reads prior to analysis (Figure 14).

Note that assembly will only be carried out on whole-genome sequencing reads (not amplicon data) and that the process requires extra time for assembly of sequences ahead of the analysis.
