Quality control

Quality control (Figure 6) describes the processing steps performed on the sequences, and the read count after each of these steps. It includes graphs and bar-charts representing the length and GC distribution for the sequences that passed the quality control steps. Finally it shows a graph representing the relative abundances of nucleotides at each position (up to 500). All these charts and graphs are interactive.

Figure 6 Quality Control page: the first graph indicates the number of sequences taken through the various quality control steps while the other graphs show the length, GC content and nucleotide abundance of the reads/contigs having passed the filtering. The example shown here is for an amplicon dataset.
