Uploading the sequence data
Before you can begin your submission, you should upload your data files. This is most easily done with the Webin Uploader tool which can be downloaded from the Webin home page once you log in. Once you have downloaded and opened the tool, navigate to the folder containing your sequence data in the Webin Uploader window, then select the files (these must be compressed in gzip or CRAM format) you would like to upload (Figure 4).
