Starting a new submission
Before beginning submission, you should upload your data files. This can be done using the Webin File Uploader linked from the Webin homepage (Figure 3).
Then, to start a completely new submission, select ‘Submit sequence reads and experiments’ (Figure 3).
You will then be guided through the process which, sequentially, involves:
- providing study level information
- choosing a MIxS sample checklist
- providing sample metadata
- linking the sequencing data to the sample metadata
We will go through these steps in more detail over the next few pages.
