How to submit metagenomics data to ENA in one session
This section will show you, step-by-step, how to submit your data using ENA’s webin submission service.
- Log into the ENA webin tool.
You can access the ENA Webin submission service from the ENA ‘Submit & Update’ page or via the MGnify ‘Submit data’ pages (Figure 2).
2. Prepare your sequence data following the ENA guidelines to ensure this is in a submittable format.
