ArrayExpress in BioStudies
ArrayExpress is part of EMBL-EBI’s ‘BioStudies database‘ and is a public data archive for high-throughput functional genomics experiments and transcriptomics.
This tutorial will guide you through how to search and access functional genomics data that you’re interested in. It also includes a guide to submitting your own data to ArrayExpress. It will take about one hour to complete this tutorial.
